We’re excited to be exploring the impact of innovation on our access to healthy food at the upcoming Next Gen Chef Talks at CANOPY.

Technology is changing the way that we look at our food today by allowing us to track, test, analyze and fully understand the way our food systems and processes work to help our diets be healthier, reduce food waste, monitor microbiomes and help feed the almost 1 billion people on this planet that don’t have access to healthy, local and affordable food options.

Panelists Include...

Alison Mountford: Founder and CEO of Ends & Stems

Daniel Scharff: Strategy and Analytics Director of JUST

Moderated by Dana Peck, Co-Founder & CEO of Render

Enjoy samples from the next big thing in food and sips from our partner Lucky Lager!

This one-of-a-kind event showcases how healthy food can be accessible as well as an experience.

Join us for the debut of NextGenChef’s Regenerative Feast dinner at the former Archbishop’s Mansion on Alamo Square in San Francisco. Connect with like-minded individuals that share your passion for food quality and accessibility. NextGenChef’s Regenerative Feast is also an open forum for discussions and salons. Each course begins with Chef Jeremy Nelson sharing his succulent inspiration.
